Acceptance

It is not necessary for any client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a client accepts a quote then the client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

Payment Information

If you avail of our services the required payment should be made by you. We will not ask for your credit card details over the phone. All the private information will be entered by you for the billing purpose on the third-party payment gateway. The information on debit and credit card is processed securely and is not saved anywhere with us.

General

These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. The Client’s signature below or payment of an advance fee constitutes agreement to and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment online is an acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Remote Access

Our specialist might ask for remote access to your system to troubleshoot the issue. We use certified tools and programs that allow us to take control of your system remotely to find and diagnose the issue. Our specialized staff is very much prepared and very much aware of the do’s and don’ts to guarantee complete safety and privacy for you.

Tools/Programs we use

We use various tools during various stages of providing support service.
We will use tools to have remote access to your system. Information collected using any tools to diagnose the issue does not include your personal files, web browsing history, emails, etc.

Support session records

We reserve the right to record support session which includes phone calls between you and our technician and the remote session. We exclusively utilize this for training and quality purpose and no data is made open by us.

The records are used to improve services for you and to help us train our staff better. The terms define how we use and protect your information which is provided by you during various stages of the support service and website usage. We strictly ensure the proper security of your data from any unauthorized use. We keep the information with us after the support service is finished to ensure better services in the future.
